Two (2) month-of planning calls
Timeline creation and review
Vendor confirmation week-of
Ceremony + reception coordination
Rehearsal attendance
Up to 12 hours of service on the wedding day

The Gold Package includes:
Ongoing guidance and communication beginning 6–12 months prior
Vendor contract review and recommendations
Timeline creation and review
Acting as the primary liaison for all vendors
Payment schedule and deadline tracking
Rehearsal attendance
Up to 12 hours of service on the wedding day

The Diamond Package includes:
Ongoing guidance and communication beginning 6–12 months prior

Acting as the primary liaison for all vendors

Unlimited personalized planning and budget meetings
Day-of décor setup and styling
Floor plan creation and writeup
Access to the full décor inventory including: signage, tablescape decor, glassware, decorative serving dishes, catering equipment, etc.
