  • $600 fixed rate including:

    • Initial consultation to discuss your vision

    • Budget and planning guidance

    • Vendor recommendations and quote-comparisons

    • Custom, detailed wedding-day timeline

    • Timeline shared with all vendors prior to wedding day

    *does not include on-site day of coordination

  • For the couple who has planned everything and just needs someone to bring it all together on the day.

    The Silver Package starts at $1000 and includes:

    • Two (2) month-of planning calls

    • Timeline creation and review

    • Vendor confirmation week-of

    • Ceremony + reception coordination

    • Rehearsal attendance

    • Up to 12 hours of service on the wedding day

    You’ve done the work—I step in and make sure it runs smoothly.

  • For couples seeking full service planning and full-service coordination.

    The Gold Package starts at $1800 and includes:

    • Ongoing guidance and communication beginning 6–12 months prior

    • Vendor contract review and recommendations

    • Timeline creation and review

    • Acting as the primary liaison for all vendors

    • Payment schedule and deadline tracking

    • Rehearsal attendance

    • Up to 12 hours of service on the wedding day

  • For couples seeking full service planning, full-service coordination, decor styling, and floor plan layouts.

    The Diamond Package starts at $2200 and includes:

    • Ongoing guidance and communication beginning 6–12 months prior

    • Vendor contract review and recommendations

    • Timeline creation and review

    • Acting as the primary liaison for all vendors

    • Payment schedule and deadline tracking

    • Unlimited personalized planning and budget meetings

    • Day-of décor setup and styling

    • Floor plan creation and writeup

    • Access to the full décor inventory including: signage, tablescape decor, glassware, decorative serving dishes, catering equipment, etc.

    • Rehearsal attendance

    • Up to 12 hours of service on the wedding day
