Ongoing guidance and communication beginning 6–12 months prior
Assistance sourcing or finalizing vendors, if needed
Vendor contract review and recommendations
Acting as the primary liaison for all vendors
Payment schedule and deadline tracking

Unlimited personalized planning and budget meetings
Day-of décor setup and styling
Access to the full décor inventory including: signage, tablescape decor, wine glassware, decorative serving dishes, catering equipment, etc.
